New clients who want a color service book a color consultation first. It takes about ten minutes and carries a $14 deposit. Transformation and maintenance blonding are open to clients who have had a consultation or are returning clients, and color correction is priced from $100 per hour with a starting price of $300.

Treatments and add-ons can be added to a visit. Conditioning and repair add-ons are each about ten minutes, and the Malibu treatment is tailored to the hair and should be talked through with the stylist before booking. Reset restoration is a longer service for hair that has been previously damaged, and anyone unsure whether it fits should consult before booking.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% if the appointment is not rescheduled, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged 95%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Color work is planned around a consultation for new clients, with longer and maintenance color services kept for clients the studio already knows.
