The Westside Clinic was founded in 2015 by Hannah Hunt, PA-C, as a mix of urgent care and aesthetics. Over several years it moved to offering only medical aesthetics, and it now focuses on injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, Morpheus8 and CoolSculpting.

Injectable options include the neurotoxins Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, along with hyaluronic acid fillers from Juvederm, Restylane, Revance's RHA and Revanesse. Fillers are also used for deep cystic acne scarring, plumping earlobes and rejuvenating hands. The site menu additionally lists biostimulators, PDO threads, Kybella, GLP1s and peptides, B-12, Reiki and hair loss treatments.

Neurotoxin treatments can sometimes be done the same day if time allows. Prep instructions are emailed before treatment and aftercare instructions are sent the day of. Clients can message their provider through an online patient portal, and neurotoxin patients receive a free two-week follow-up, though touch-ups before 14 days are not done. CoolSculpting requires a consultation before it can be booked, and sessions take place in a treatment room with a TV offering streaming apps.

The Palm Club is a 12-month skincare membership that costs $250 per month, charged automatically to a card under a one-year commitment. Members receive one point each month that can go toward a monthly service or be banked for a premium one, and they also get discounts on neurotoxin, filler and retail skincare. The clinic says the membership is non-refundable and non-transferable, and that members must notify the clinic to start another cycle once the year ends.

Parking is generally available on the street along Lincoln Blvd and on nearby residential streets without permit requirements. The clinic is open one Saturday a month from 10am to 3pm, and clients are asked to check the website or call for dates. Post-treatment concerns should be called in to the office during business hours; after hours, clients text URGENT to the office line and then call for voicemail instructions, and emergencies require calling 911.

Treatment plans are individualized to each patient's goals and the providers aim for natural-looking results. Non-surgical options are planned around a consultation before any procedure is booked.
