Skin care is organized around a Skin Health Program that pairs in-office treatments with a medically guided routine at home, using medical-grade products. The program has three pathways: one for healthy aging concerns such as collagen support, texture and hydration, with radiofrequency for firmness where it fits; one for breakout-prone skin, which may include facials, peels and red light therapy; and one for dull, rough or clogged skin without active acne or significant inflammation. Younger patients in the acne pathway are treated with a parent or guardian involved.

Facials are a central offering. The Wellow Signature Facials are adjusted at each visit to the condition of the skin and usually include a double cleanse, a skin assessment, a targeted treatment and massage, with options such as lymphatic drainage, sculpting massage, LED light, microcurrent or ultrasonic infusion when suitable. New clients can begin with a first facial that opens with a full consultation about goals, skin condition and history. Many Signature Facial clients return every four to six weeks. There is generally no downtime, though mild redness or sensitivity can appear briefly. Clients are asked to avoid aggressive exfoliation, peels or retinoids for 48 hours beforehand, and afterward to skip heavy makeup that day and avoid excess heat, steam or strenuous activity for 24 hours.

Beyond skin care, the practice offers laser and device treatments, injectables, body laser treatments and a medically supervised weight program. The clinic is open weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturdays by appointment. Consultations and treatments can be booked online, and financing is available for treatments.
