The Waxx Suite operates out of the owner's home in Greece, NY. The studio address is shared with clients once a booking has been accepted and confirmed.

The menu is organized around waxing, lash clusters and brow tinting. Waxing covers eyebrows, ears, nose, chin, neck and upper lip, underarms (bilateral), bikini, and Brazilian waxing for women, with a version for ages 17 and up. Lash options run from a natural cluster and wispy style to a cat eye shape, which is shorter at the inner corners and longer at the outer corners for a lifted look, and a mega volume set built from dense clusters. Strip lashes are offered either with the client's own lashes or supplied and applied, and a double layer add-on can be combined with any cluster. The studio also offers a lash bath that clears leftover adhesive from natural lashes, and a semi-permanent eyebrow gel tint that includes an eyebrow wax.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a five-minute grace period, and a non-refundable deposit is due at booking. All services are non-refundable, and extra guests are only allowed in the room when they are receiving a service themselves. For Brazilian and bikini waxing, clients are asked to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours beforehand and avoid caffeine or alcohol for the 24 hours before. The studio says it uses premium products and that the owner maintains required licenses and certifications and follows required sanitation and disinfection protocols.
