The approach is trauma-informed. Services are only added if the client asks for them, and the business centers body autonomy, welcoming all body types and not judging anyone's choices about body hair. Clients who are new to waxing are welcome alongside long-time regulars.
Waxing services cover face, brows, arms, legs, back, bikini, French and Brazilian areas. Brow tinting is offered on its own or combined with a brow wax at a discounted rate listed on the Vagaro booking page. Post-care products are sold through the shop section of the website.
Some practical points: hair should be around a quarter inch long, roughly four weeks since shaving or trimming. Reminders go out 48 hours ahead. Cancellations 12 to 24 hours before are charged half the booked price, while cancellations inside 12 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be charged the full appointment cost, and a missed-appointment fee must be paid before rebooking. Products and services are not refundable, though damaged products can be exchanged.
The salon and waxing room are wheelchair accessible, as is the restroom. The waxing bed lowers to 18 inches and lifts to 30 inches, with a backrest that adjusts from flat to 70 degrees, and it carries a 500-pound working weight limit. Services can be adjusted for audio or visual impairments on request.
