Any service on the menu can be booked on its own. The studio welcomes questions, and the owner encourages clients to learn about their own skin and body, since schools tend to teach little about it. Clients are asked to exfoliate two days before an appointment, and wipes are provided in the service room and the restroom. Hair needs to be about a quarter inch long to be waxed, which usually takes two to three weeks after shaving or about four weeks after the last wax. Shorter hair means the appointment is rescheduled. Surfaces are sanitized between clients and single-use items are discarded after each one.

After a visit, mild tenderness, redness and pinpoint bleeding are considered normal and generally ease with regular waxing. For 48 hours, clients should avoid baths, pools, hot tubs, sex, workouts and heavy sweating. If they sweat by accident, an unscented wipe or a shower soon afterward is recommended. About 48 hours after waxing, exfoliation can begin, a few times a week, using a manual scrub or a chemical exfoliant. The studio recommends PFB products for aftercare.

Booking terms: there is a six-minute grace period, and arriving at seven minutes counts as late and carries a 25% fee to reschedule. Appointments are canceled automatically ten minutes after the start time, with a charge of 75% of the appointment cost. Changes made at least 12 hours ahead are free; later changes are charged 50% of the appointment total. The studio may stop a service at any point if a client is uncomfortable, in which case the full price is due. If the studio cannot take a client, it may refer them to other waxing studios in the area.

The studio focuses on careful body waxing, combining quality products, proper technique and at-home care, with an emphasis on clients understanding their own skin.
