Body sugaring for women covers a wide range of areas, from small spots such as hands, fingers and feet to larger areas such as full legs, full arms and the back. Bikini services are offered in a few versions: a bikini line, a fuller bikini that clears the pubic area and extends to the inner thighs without a butt strip, and a Brazilian that also includes the butt strip and a two-finger-wide stomach strip. Brazilian pricing depends on how long since the last appointment, with separate rates for returning clients 3 to 6 weeks out and for new clients or those 7 or more weeks out. A Hydrojelly Mask add-on is available for bikini and face services. Men's sugaring follows a similar layout, covering the chest, stomach, arms, back, underarms, the bum and a front torso service, with the front torso and full back priced higher for first-timers. Face sugaring includes brows, which are done with hard wax for shaved or stubborn hair, along with a full face option that covers forehead, brows, hairline, sideburns, cheeks, lip, chin and nose, with nostrils available as an option.

The salon's Korean Keratin Lash Lift is a glue-less treatment using protein and keratin-infused solutions, described as suited to fine, stubborn or downward pointing lashes. Results are said to last 6 to 10 weeks. Because a lash lift can lighten some natural lash pigment, the salon recommends adding a lash tint for a more defined look; the tint is a $10 add-on and cannot be booked alone.

Hours run Monday through Friday with varying start and end times, open Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, and closed on Saturdays. Payment is taken by Zelle, Venmo or exact cash, and debit and credit cards carry a 3.5% fee. Appointments have a 7-minute grace period, and late arrivals may be cancelled or have their service time shortened. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and clients sign a consent form before their first visit. Refunds are not given on services performed, and clients have 3 days to report a problem. No extra guests are allowed in the service room.
