The Wax Xperience is a hair removal salon at 2370 Jonesboro Road, Suite 7, in Hampton, Georgia. The salon describes its work as mind, body and spirit healing, and its services include waxing, yoni steams and energy work. It states it has 13 years of experience, has served 3,000 clients, and has 11 years of master certifications.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and the bikini area, with separate price lists for women, men and children. Full Body packages combine legs, Brazilian and underarms with two wax rollers, and the price of Full Body #1 varies by guest. Pregnancy Brazilian waxing is offered from four months until delivery.
Vajacial treatments are facials for the bikini area. The standard version is done one to two weeks after waxing, and Vajacial Plus adds high frequency or a jade roller along with a brightening hydrojelly mask. An after-wax thermal mud add-on is also available, which the salon says is high in calcium, magnesium, sulfides, humic and fulvic acids.
Booking is by reservation only. Guests who book online or by phone with a debit or credit card are not charged unless they cancel later than 48 hours before the appointment or do not show. Some Brazilian and full body services carry a $10 up charge for guests new to the salon or those more than four weeks since their last waxing, and Brazilian services are priced by time since the last wax.
The salon states it aims to educate each guest on waxing technique and at-home skin care, and it frames its services as mind, body and spirit healing.
The salon describes its setting as relaxing, modern and serene.
