Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, torso and intimate areas for both women and men, with separate menus for each. Brow tinting and shaping, dermaplaning and facials sit alongside the waxing, and there is a small skin care offering that includes retinal eye pads. Facials range from a high frequency treatment and an express facial up to LED and PDRN anti-aging options, with the PDRN facial priced at $140. A newer glowROE PDRN facial includes a Nano Skin Pen treatment and a take-home collagen mask, and the business calls it cutting-edge anti-aging technology.

Before a wax, clients should avoid shaving or using hair removal creams for at least three weeks, and hair should be about a quarter inch long. Touch-ups are free when booked within seven days of a previous wax. Guests cannot bring a friend, spouse or partner into an intimate waxing appointment.

The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the scheduled treatment. Payment over time is offered for orders of $50 or more, and cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Follows hygienic methods in line with the Arizona Board of Cosmetology, with a strict no re-dipping rule for all waxing services.
