The Brazilian menu has the most options. A first-time Brazilian is priced for new clients and covers the full front, an added butt strip, and hair past the panty line onto the thighs, up to four fingers wide. The standard Brazilian leaves the area fully bare or shaped as a landing strip or triangle. The deluxe version adds a hydrojelly mask left on for 10 minutes and an ingrown hair serum. Several combination visits pair a Brazilian with a brow, underarm, inner thigh or stomach wax; some of these are open only to existing clients, and new clients book those separately.

Appointment lengths are listed for each service, from about 10 minutes for a lip wax to an hour for a full leg wax. On the face, options run from a single lip or brow to a half face, a full face, and a deluxe full face that includes a soothing collagen mask and a hydrating serum. Body services include bikini, deep bikini, underarm, stomach and full back waxing, and the men's menu adds ear, eyebrow, shoulder, chest and back options.

Booking has clear rules. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online at no charge if the change is made more than 2 hours ahead. Changes made within 2 hours carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled total. Clients have a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals; anyone who arrives too late to start is treated as a no-show and charged the full scheduled total. Clients running late are asked to contact the studio so it can say whether the appointment can be extended or needs rebooking. Repeat late arrivals or no-shows cannot book future appointments until outstanding fees are paid. The studio says these rules exist because last-minute changes and no-shows are hard to fill and disrupt the schedule.

For payment, the studio accepts contactless tap to pay, Apple Pay and Android Pay, as well as major debit and credit cards, which carry a 2.5% processing fee. Cash is accepted, though change is not guaranteed.
