Booking requires prepayment to confirm an appointment. Sales tax is added to the price but does not count toward the prepayment, and the remaining balance is payable in cash. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the booking, and same-day rescheduling is not allowed. A detailed policy is sent by email after booking.
