Brow work includes a lamination, wax shaping and custom tint that smooths and sets natural brow hairs. Facials range from a customized Balancing Facial suited to first-timers or routine maintenance, to a Chemical Peel Facial aimed at fine lines, texture, acne and discoloration, and a deep cleansing, hydrating Gentlemans Facial for men's skin and shaving concerns. Intimate treatments include an Intimate Brightening Treatment for discoloration and texture, the Pretty Kitty Vagacial for the bikini area, which cleanses, exfoliates, performs extractions and finishes with a calming mask, and Vajazzle, which applies skin-safe body jewels and can be paired with a Brazilian or the Vagacial. The Full Body Special covers the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian and full legs.

Booking is by request. Appointments open on the 15th of each month, and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is needed to request a time. Same-day appointments need the deposit at scheduling and depend on availability, so they are not guaranteed. A consent form arrives with the request email and must be submitted at least 12 hours before the visit, because services are not given without it. Clients are asked to arrive early for a few minutes of consultation paperwork. No children or extra guests are allowed in the wax suite.

Before most services, clients should avoid waxing, shaving, exfoliating or tanning for 48 hours and come with product-free skin. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for waxing, which is usually 2 to 3 weeks after the last removal. Patch tests may be recommended for tinting, lamination and brightening services. Pre- and post-care instructions are in the consent form.

The studio also runs a one-day Waxing 101 course that teaches full Brazilian waxing using hard and soft wax methods. Students bring a model who has had a Brazilian wax before. The kit includes a certificate of completion and supplies such as a warmer, muslin, tweezers, powder, gloves and table paper. Registration dates are still to be announced. A Loyalty Rewards Program gives members 1 point per dollar spent, redeemable for $5, $15 or $30 off, and includes extra perks for the most loyal clients.
