Services are organized into groups: Face, Upper Body, Lower Body, Under the Panties, Beneath the Underpants, Other Services and a First Time Guest Special. Facial waxing ranges from lip and chin to full face, and the body menu runs from small areas like underarms and feet to full legs, full back and full arm.
The business uses a hard wax without strips. Clients are asked to keep hair about a quarter inch long before an appointment and to avoid shaving between visits. Waxing during a period is allowed, with a fresh tampon recommended. Pregnant clients can be waxed; the business waxes smaller areas at a time, so appointments may run longer.
Visits can be booked online through the business's booking page or through Fresha. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Guests aged 15 and younger must bring a parent to each appointment. Services not listed on the price pages are available on request.
The First Time Guest Special is for new clients with a Florida ID or proof of residency, and the discount is applied at checkout. The business advertises savings of up to 50 percent on women's bikini lines and Brazilians under this offer. The Wax Pass lets clients prepay for four services and save 15 percent, but only on four of the same service. There is also a loyalty rewards program and a referral credit of $5 off for each friend referred.
Works with hard wax and no strips, with preparation guidance on hair length and shaving before visits.
