The Wax Hoxse specializes in full body waxing. Its services are grouped under brows, facial, intimate and waxing, and range from small areas like the chin and nose to full legs, back and arms. Brow services include waxing alone or with tinting, and with lamination added.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. First-time guests should let their hair grow to about three weeks of growth, roughly the length of a grain of rice, without shaving or trimming beforehand. Clients who use acne medication, retinol or blood thinners need to stop for at least three months before waxing, and anyone who has taken Accutane needs to be off it for one year.

Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
