The studio offers hard waxing and sugaring across body, facial, brow and men's services. Prices are listed by area, from small spots such as the lip or chin up to larger areas like a full leg or full back. Several areas are combined into bundles, including a women's full body bundle that covers underarms, arms, legs, the Brazilian area and glutes, and a men's full body bundle that adds the back, chest, stomach and more.

Sugaring follows a set sequence: the skin is cleansed and prepped, the sugar is applied, a hot towel is used, and a light, non-pore-clogging oil finishes the service. Sugar paste is typically made from sugar, lemon and water. Sugaring needs hair no longer or shorter than a grain of rice, and the esthetician may suggest hard waxing if the hair is too long, too short or too coarse. Hard waxing works best with hair about a quarter inch long.

The studio gives aftercare guidance: start gentle exfoliation three to four times a week beginning 24 to 48 hours after a wax, moisturize daily, and wear breathable underwear. According to the salon, waxing results typically last four to six weeks.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the studio closed on Sundays. A valid card must be kept on file to book. Clients confirm through a text sent 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice; changes made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without warning counts as a no-show.
