Every appointment happens one-on-one in a waxing suite that gives clients privacy. Services run from quick touch-ups such as lip, nose and underarms to full-body options like a full back, full arm or full leg for current clients. Head-to-toe waxing is also available and is personalized to each client's needs.

The salon says it holds the 2025 Gold Winner title for Best in Waxing and Hair Removal in O Fallon, MO. It describes its waxing as precise and skilled. Bikini waxing clients can add a Korean Soothing Mask, which the salon says helps restore the skin barrier after bikini waxing.

Before a visit, hair should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. Waxing typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks depending on hair growth, and the salon advises gentle exfoliation for the four days before, avoiding sun or tanning beds for 24 to 48 hours beforehand, and skipping caffeine that day. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended afterward. Changes can be made up to 24 hours ahead. Clients running 5 to 10 minutes late should text their name and estimated arrival time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be serviced and count as no-shows. Children over five are not permitted in treatment rooms, so childcare should be arranged ahead of time. The salon is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
