Pedicures are the centerpiece of the spa menu. The deluxe pedicure adds a sugar scrub, callus removal, hot towels and a hot stone massage to the classic service. Five spa pedicures are offered, each built around a different set of products: Milk and Honey, Volcano, Golden Mystique, Collagen and The W Special. Gel polish can be added to any spa pedicure for an extra fee. All pedicures are done with liner protection.

Manicures are available in four levels, from a classic service with soak, shaping, cuticle care and regular polish up to a deluxe gel manicure. Children have their own price list for manicures, pedicures and polish changes, with both regular and gel options.

Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea, juice and water are offered to every guest. Complimentary alcoholic drinks, namely mimosas, wine and champagne, are also offered, limited to one per customer. Online booking runs through a third-party booking page, which also lists approximate appointment lengths. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Implements, equipment and electrical tools are cleaned and sanitized before reuse using an approved process, and buffers and files are single-use and discarded after each client.
