Color is the largest part of the menu. It includes glazes and toners for shine and tone, a base adjuster or shadow/melt for clients who already have highlights, express root color that doesn't require a blowout, tint retouch for regrowth and grey coverage, and gentlemen's grey blending that ranges from salt and pepper to full coverage. Blonding options run from a few face-framing pops and a partial or half-head foil service to full or transformational blonding, which takes three to four hours. Corrective color is quoted after a consultation, and lightening over previously colored hair starts with a corrective color session.

The conditioning menu includes a prescriptive Davines treatment based on a hair diagnosis, with take-home product, along with K18 molecular peptide treatment, Olaplex bond-building service, and express keratin smoothing for frizz. The studio says its K18 treatment repairs damage from bleach, color, chemical services and heat. Cutting and styling covers a men's cut, a women's cut, a longer or thicker cut that is the studio's signature, a dry cut for maintenance, wash and blowout, and iron work for curling or flat-iron styling on clean, dry hair.

Booking is requested by text and confirmed through a text link from GlossGenius, along with a client policy agreement. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule. The studio describes its aim as salon-quality results at home with the products it recommends, and a curated Supply Bar sells products and tools for delivery or in-salon pickup.
