The spa describes its purpose as helping clients ease daily stress with a calm, restful visit. It presents itself as a family-owned option rather than a franchise, and it keeps a small team of estheticians instead of rotating staff so clients see consistent people.

Visits are by appointment only, booked online through Vagaro or by phone, and the spa suggests booking a few weeks ahead for weekends. There are four treatment rooms, two for massage and two for facials, with no on-site dressing rooms or saunas. Massage tables are heated, aromatherapy is used during massage, complimentary water, hot tea and wine are served daily, and a quiet room is available for unwinding. Street parking is directly in front of the spa.

Two people can book massages together in duet or private rooms, and the couples package includes two 90-minute Signature Massages. According to the spa, it has many reviews on Google and Vagaro, and it describes those reviews as strong from both locals and visitors to Carmel.

Facial products are chosen for each client based on skin type and how reactive the skin is, with gentler treatments used before stronger ones. Massage can be adjusted to the area the client wants to focus on.
