Color is the main focus. Custom color is designed to grow out easily, so clients can go longer between salon visits. New color and highlighting guests book a consultation before scheduling. Blonde refreshes are for existing blonde guests, and new blonde guests need a consultation before booking the blonde transformation.
Booking is done online, but requests must be approved before an appointment is confirmed. A valid card on file reserves every appointment, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled amount.
