Gel-X on bare nails is the main extension service and takes about 80 minutes or more, starting at $95. The studio describes soft gels as needing a fresh start every 9 to 12 weeks. A gel manicure starts at $65 and takes about 75 minutes or more, with detailed dry prep, gel polish and what the studio calls a luxury finish. A structured manicure starts at $85 and takes about 90 minutes or more; it uses builder gel over the natural nail with dry prep, cuticle care, shaping and a gel polish of the client's choice. Gel-X with included removal, starting at $95, is for returning clients whose gel was applied by Victoria. Removal of gel from another salon starts at $10 and must be booked alongside a manicure, with an additional removal fee when the product came from another salon. The structured manicure can also include a soak-off for clients whose gel from elsewhere is lifting, chipping or separating. Nail art has three levels starting at $10, from simple designs and a single accent nail up to highly detailed hand-painted, layered or 3D work.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice and can be made online; a late cancellation within 24 hours carries a 25% fee. The studio does not treat fungal infections or contagious nail or skin conditions, and appointments are cancelled if signs of infection are present at the visit, with clients advised to see a licensed podiatrist when unsure. Gift cards are offered, and clients can send questions to Victoria through a contact form.
