The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a gloss and a men's color service through root retouches, mini, partial and full highlights, balayage and custom color, and bleach retouches. Every color service needs a finishing service booked directly after it, either a haircut with either stylist or a Blowout After Color Service with Brittany. Without one, the appointment ends after processing with hair still wet, and a cut or blow dry that day is not guaranteed. A free 15-minute color consultation is available to talk through hair goals before booking.

Treatments include deep conditioning, a scalp exfoliation, a combined double treatment, and keratin smoothing options. Gift cards are offered.

Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let Jennifer or Brittany know as soon as possible so the visit can be rescheduled. Same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service.
