The menu is broad and priced by area. Arms and hands range from hands at $15 to full arms at $62. Bikini services run from a bikini line at $32 to a full bikini at $62, with full bikini and Brazilian options that include a hydrogel mask. Brazilian waxing is $72 for new clients and women, and maintenance is $62 when booked within six weeks of a previous Brazilian at the salon. Face waxing is itemized, from cheeks and lips at $12 each to a full face at $58. Full body waxing is $260 and takes about 105 minutes; it covers arms, legs, underarms, a stomach strip and the Brazilian area, and is offered for women.

The salon describes its service as gentle and uses hard wax. Add-ons include a hydrogel mask with bikini and Brazilian waxes, an ingrown mask extraction with Brazilian waxing that starts at $88, and the Velvet V Facial Basic, a jelly mask applied after waxing to rehydrate and soothe the skin, for $22.

Booking and payment happen through the online booking site, where Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval. A credit card is required to book, and new clients and select services need a deposit. Full body and longer bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit at booking. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows with under 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and clients who no-show must prepay future visits. Packages, such as six-session bikini and lip packages, expire a year after purchase, are for the purchaser only, and apply automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page. A client who no-shows or cancels on short notice twice before using a prepaid package forfeits one wax from it.
