The Velvet Nail Lounge is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Services are by appointment, and clients can book online. Clients need to arrive with nails completely free of polish or enhancements, and the salon applies this without exception.

Manicures come in three tiers. The Essential Manicure at $40 covers nail shaping, cuticle care, polish and hand cream. The VNL Manicure at $45 adds a massage and a hot towel wrap. The Velvet Lux Manicure at $70 includes a CBD-infused warm bath, a CBD sugar scrub, and a hemp shea butter mask and body butter. Velvet Lux manicures and pedicures also include a drink of choice from the VietJoe Cafe. Gel polish adds $15 to a manicure, with soak-off included.

Pedicures follow the same three tiers. The Essential Pedicure at $50 includes a warm anti-fungal foot bath, cuticle care, callused heel care, polish and foot cream. The VNL Pedicure at $55 adds a massage and hot towel wrap, and the Velvet Lux Pedicure at $80 uses a CBD-infused foot bath, CBD sugar scrub, and hemp shea butter mask and body butter. Gel polish adds $25 to a pedicure, with soak-off included.

The salon also offers polish changes, kids' services for ages 10 and under, and add-ons such as an extra massage, moisture mask, sugar scrub and jelly bath. Dip powder work includes adding length, soak-off only and dip overlays. Nail art is priced per nail, with simple designs at $3 and extravagant designs from $5. Deep French art starts at $30. Clients who want a custom design can send source examples through Instagram direct message, and custom pricing applies.

Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas. Face waxing uses sensitive wax, and body and bikini waxing use hard wax. The salon also sells products, including the LAELANI Cuticle Oil Pen at $15 in several scents.

Works by appointment with a clear rule that nails arrive bare, and prices custom nail art individually after reviewing client examples.
