Beard services cover lineups and shaping on their own or paired with a haircut. The studio's VIP Experience bundles a haircut with beard work, a hot towel with a facial massager and a hair wash.
The studio is open Saturday through Tuesday from 10am to 8pm and is closed Wednesday through Friday. It describes its room as quiet and elegant, and its products as premium. Clients who need to change an appointment are asked to call or text at least four hours ahead. Repeat no-shows may be limited to walk-in visits, and missed appointments without notice may require a deposit to rebook.
A referral program rewards clients who bring in a friend. After one referral the client gets $10 off their next cut, a complimentary beard trim after three referrals, and a free signature haircut with a VIP upgrade after five. Credit is applied once the referred friend sits in the chair.
