The color menu runs from toners and demi/glaze to partial and full highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups. Several color services include a blowout. Curly hair has its own menu. It includes a one-on-one curly consultation, a curly haircut shaped to enhance curl definition, a curl wash and blow, a curl wash and set (a roller set suited to slower drying hair), a wash and style, and color for curly hair. There is also a men's curly cut and a children's haircut for ages 12 and under.
Extension options include clip-in installation, clip-in washing and basic styling, clip-on sets, braidless sew-ins priced per line, and partial and full sew-ins. Treatments include deep conditioning, a treatment system matched to the client's hair condition or concerns, a glass gloss treatment, and a smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and makes straightening easier.
Booking policies: deposits are required for many services and are nonrefundable if a client cancels within 24 hours or does not show up. Rescheduling within 24 hours counts as a cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payments are taken through the booking platform. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
