The Upper Lash offers eyelash extensions, lash lifts, lash removal and brow services. Services are grouped into brows, lashes, lash refills and lash services, and appointments are booked online through its GlossGenius booking page.
Extensions come in four styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a natural look with no added volume, and takes about 90 minutes from $89. Hybrid mixes classic and volume lashes for a textured, fuller look, from $109. Volume gives a soft, full, dramatic look, from $139. Mega Volume uses ultra-fine lashes fanned for maximum density and darkness, from $159 and about 120 minutes.
Refills are priced by style and by how many weeks after a full set they are booked, with one-week through four-week options for Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume. Lash removal takes about 30 minutes for $25 and uses a professional-grade remover that dissolves the adhesive. The Korean Lash Lift is $80 and takes about 75 minutes, or $90 with tint at about 90 minutes.
Brow Lamination is a semi-permanent treatment for a full, sleek look, priced at $90 and taking about 60 minutes. A version with shaping and tint is $120 and takes about 90 minutes.
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays. A $25 cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
