The studio centers on locs, from starter locs and interlock to microlocs, retwists, and styling. Many loc services are priced by length and loc count, so the booking page lists the price range for each service and a few require a consultation first.

Beyond locs, the studio offers braids for men and girls, wash and deep-conditioning services, and several hot oil and steam treatments. Loc combining, also called wic'n, joins two or more locs for a thicker look, and loc maintenance and comb-outs are available for upkeep.

Classes are also offered: a six-hour Learn to Loc class, a five-hour one-on-one loc class, and a class deposit. Gift cards can be bought online for a visit or as a gift. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Deposits are non-refundable and charged to the card on file at booking. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more incur a $10 fee plus $1 per additional minute, and appointments are cancelled at 15 minutes late. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Same-day appointments cannot be booked online, and a $50 squeeze-in fee applies on any day. Appointments at 3:00 PM or later carry a $35 after-hours fee except on Fridays and Saturdays. Clients have two days to report a concern after a service, and text replies can take 24 to 48 hours.

Services are built around locs, with consultations required before starter locs, microlocs at seven weeks or more, reattachments, and several other services so the price can be set.
