Weight-loss programs are physician-supervised and overseen by physicians and nurse practitioners. Every path begins with a free consultation that reviews health history, goals and which programs a person qualifies for. Medications and treatments are provided only after that consultation and only to those who qualify. The Semaglutide program starts with a health assessment and a tailored plan that includes nutritional guidance. Tirzepatide eligibility is decided during the consultation, a medical doctor reviews history and findings, and the prescription is collected at any location. Patients are monitored throughout and doses are adjusted as needed. Semaglutide can be shipped to patients in select states.
The body contouring menu uses several devices. Lipo Melt is LED light therapy with no needles or incisions, Lipo Freeze is cryolipolysis, Vanquish ME is contactless radiofrequency that does not touch the skin, and Cellulite / Z-Wave is radial pulse therapy. EMShape ULTRA handles muscle sculpting. Clinics use Fit3D 360-degree body scans to set a baseline and track progress over time. Not every device is available at every clinic, so the business advises calling ahead to confirm a specific treatment at a location.
