The business began offering services in Southlake in 2006. It now operates under the TTS Salon Suites name, and its space also houses a hairstylist, a licensed nurse injector, and permanent makeup and facial services alongside the threading work. According to the studio, it considers itself a pioneer in threading in Southlake and nearby areas, and it says it was named Best of Texas 2009 by Fort Worth magazine and has been featured by NBC 5 and the Star-Telegram.

About

Threading covers the eyebrows, upper lip, chin and sides, and eyebrow threading is typically rebooked every two to three weeks. Brow services extend to tinting, brow lamination with or without tint, and lash lifts and tints. Microblading and powdered brows are semi-permanent: microblading deposits pigment in the upper skin layers to create fine hair-like strokes, and powdered brows last about two to four years. Combination brows, using both methods, are offered for thin brows. Microblading and powdered brow appointments are booked first come, first served and often fill weeks in advance. Clients should wait four weeks after fillers, Botox, chemical peels or microneedling before these services, and a doctor's note is needed for anyone under treatment. The studio does not offer them to people with chronic conditions under a doctor's care or to people undergoing chemotherapy.

The facial menu includes basic facials with face massage, hydra dermabrasion, diamond tip microdermabrasion, ultrasonic face scrubber facials, dermaplaning, and microneedling and nano-needling. Microneedling is described as creating micro-channels that stimulate collagen production and is used for acne scars, fine lines and large pores, with most clients receiving three to six sessions about four to six weeks apart. Nano-needling delivers serums through micro-channels with a stylus and nano-cartridges. BioRePeel is available for the face, neck and decolletage, and is suggested in three to six sessions. Facial add-ons include an Esthemax hydro jelly mask, enzyme or chemical peels, PDT light therapy, ultrasonic treatment, oxygen infusion and high frequency.

Waxing is offered for the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest and intimate areas. The studio asks clients not to shave or wax for three to four weeks before a waxing appointment and to avoid retinoids for at least 30 days and Accutane for at least one year beforehand. Flawless by Whish is recommended for ingrown hair after waxing. The studio is closed Sundays and Mondays, open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 2:00 to 2:30 pm on working days. Appointments can be booked online at any time.

The studio describes itself as a threading specialist in the area and offers a wide mix of brow, lash, facial and waxing services under one roof. Its permanent makeup and facial work is customized to each client.
