Takedown services cover a range of braid sizes, from jumbo and large to small, medium and micro, along with extra long braids and small boho knotless braids. Several braid options can be booked with the wash included. Prices for braid takedowns may vary with hair density and the time required. Removal is also offered for sew-ins, quick weaves, crochet styles, short and long faux locs, and dreads.

Care services include detangling and shampooing, shampoo with deep conditioning, a blow dry option, wig washing, a deep nourishing hair mask, and loc care with a deep scalp cleanse priced by length. The business notes that an extra maintenance fee may apply to hair with heavy product buildup, persistent odor or excessive tangling.

Booking requires a $20 deposit sent through Cash App or Zelle, and the appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is secured. The booking fee is non-refundable, and clients may reschedule once. The Unlimited Wash Club is $79 per month for unlimited professional shampoos, scalp massages and conditioning treatments, limited to one shampoo per day, subject to availability, non-transferable, and intended for one individual. Members of any plan receive a digital VIP card with priority booking, member pricing and birthday rewards.
