The studio uses a sugar paste made from sugar, water and lemon juice. Because the paste removes hair from the root and does not stick to the skin, it is resin free. The business describes its sugaring as all-natural, gentle and effective, and says it suits every body and skin type.

The menu is broad, with pricing that depends on whether a client is new or returning. First-time bikini, Brazilian and Manzilian appointments are priced and timed differently from maintenance visits, which suit clients who return every three to five weeks. Existing clients can pre-book a lower follow-up rate for Brazilian maintenance. A vajacial treatment is recommended right after a Brazilian, and it is also available as an add-on.

Facial services include a full face option that covers brow shaping, upper lip, cheeks, sideburns and chin, plus single-area options for the chin, upper lip, sideburns, nostrils and ears. Men's services include neck, ears, half and full arms, legs, chest, back and glutes, with some prices starting at a range.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry skin, to avoid scrubs and oily body washes beforehand, and to have hair at least a quarter inch long. Tanning should be avoided for at least 48 hours before an appointment, and sunburned skin should not be sugared until the burn has had about a week to heal. Aftercare advises avoiding sun, hot tubs, pools and fragranced cosmetics for 48 hours and avoiding exercise for 24 hours.

Cancellations, rescheduling and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, and no-shows without any contact are charged the full amount. Appointments booked without a card on file are invoiced through the booking system and must be paid before the next visit. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, and closed on weekends.

Sugaring is a resin-free method that removes hair from the root, using a paste that does not stick to the skin.
