Among the massage styles, Traditional Thai uses gentle rocking, rhythmic acupressure and stretching. Combination massage pairs Swedish work on the upper body with Thai work on the lower body and back, and Deep Combination does the same with deep tissue work on the upper body. Walking on the back is available on request for either combination option.
Swedish massage is an oil-based session using soothing strokes and manipulations aimed at relaxing muscles and easing tension. Deep tissue massage works into the deeper layers of muscle with long, slow strokes and is described as addressing chronic tension. Pregnancy massage focuses on the back muscles that tend to become sore and tense during pregnancy.
Add-ons include hot stone therapy and an herbal ball treatment at $15 each, and organic coconut oil or aroma therapy at $5 each, all available alongside any massage. Card payments carry a $2 fee, and the prices listed are cash prices.
A clean, quiet space with soothing music and comfortable furnishings, according to the spa's own description.
