New clients can book a 30-minute consultation for $20 to discuss their hair goals and a plan built around them. Services run from children's braids, locs or twists, which are offered for kids under 13, to braid downs, extensions and installs. Hair bath and blow dry appointments include a shampoo, scalp massage and hydrating steam treatment, with scalp detox and braid down available as add-ons.

Regular clients can book hair care packages, which include two styles each month and must be booked in advance. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page, so clients don't need to redeem them by hand.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 30% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment, and Affirm is accepted for hair care packages. Hours are Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and Sunday 2:30 PM to 7 PM; the studio is closed Monday through Wednesday. Clients can send questions to the owner through the contact form on the website.
