Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth, using a paste made from sugar, lemon juice and water. The business says its method hurts less than waxing and is suitable for all skin tones and types. Clients are asked to avoid lotions or oils on the day of the appointment and to exfoliate once a week, but not on the day before or the day of the visit. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for the best results, roughly two weeks after shaving or a month after sugaring or waxing.

The menu runs from small areas such as upper lip, chin, sideburns and under arms to full legs, full arms, full back and full face. The bikini menu has a shaping option that trims the sides and top of the bikini line, an extended add-on that works further in and underneath, and a Brazilian that clears the entire bikini area including the buttocks. Brow services include shaping, tinting, a combined shape-and-tint and a brow lift that adds lamination. The full face service does not include brows.

Memberships cover one recurring service each month, such as a classic bikini, Brazilian, brow service, full back or a combined pairing. Memberships require a three-month minimum, include 15 percent off additional services and retail, and let unused services roll over. Cancellations need 30 days' written notice by email and carry no fee. Some memberships include a free birthday brow service.

Booking policies ask for at least one business day's notice to change an appointment. Clients have a short grace period for lateness; arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with the full treatment charged as a missed appointment. Minimum ages apply by service, and anyone under 18 must bring a parent or guardian to the first visit. Sugaring is not performed in certain cases, such as during the first trimester, with active psoriasis or eczema, sunburn or rash, or after recent tattoos, microdermabrasion or peels, and the business asks clients about these before treatment.
