The Sugar Room offers sugaring and related beauty services from its Suite 112 location in Chandler. It is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Services are grouped into brows, face, facial, lashes and sugaring. Brow work includes tinting, shaping, lamination and combinations of these. Face and sugaring services range from small areas such as the chin and upper lip to full face, full arms, full back, half legs, full leg sugaring and several bikini and Brazilian options. The Face Sugaring Facial is an 80-minute treatment that includes a double cleanse, sugaring of the whole face with brow cleanup, a soothing mask, and a massage with skincare products.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice, or not arriving, incurs a fee of 50% of the service cost. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival, and arriving later than that counts as a no-show. For emergencies, clients are asked to contact the salon as soon as possible, and exceptions are handled case by case. Booking means agreeing to the cancellation policy.

Gift cards and a shop are available on the booking site, and questions can be sent through a contact form.
