The menu covers Brazilian and full-body sugaring for women and men, with options from a quick underarm or lip service to a full leg. Brazilian appointments come in a maintenance version for clients who were last done within six weeks and a virgin version for first-time clients or anyone waiting seven weeks or more. Two longer treatments are offered: a skin lightening Brazilian of about 70 minutes and a skin lightening underarm treatment of about 65 minutes. A full face service takes about 50 minutes. All hair removal is done with a sugar paste made from sugar, lemon and water, and a nose service uses hard wax instead.
The studio's aim is for each client to feel welcomed, empowered and at ease from arrival to departure, in a setting that is friendly and free of judgment. Before a Brazilian, clients are asked not to trim, since the studio will trim if needed, and a new clean tampon is advised for anyone on their period. Before skin lightening treatments, waxing or shaving should be avoided for at least five days, and gym, pool or sauna use should wait at least 72 hours afterward. For a full face service, retinol and alpha hydroxy products should be stopped a week ahead, and sun exposure and makeup should be avoided for a day after.
Appointments can be rescheduled at least three hours in advance. A card is kept on file to hold bookings and is charged only for cancellation policy breaches or no-shows, with 50 percent of the price due for a late change and the full service due for a missed appointment. Clients get a five-minute grace period. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at varying hours and closed Thursday and Saturday.
