Color is customized, from natural shades to pastels. Stylists say they keep up with haircut and color techniques through ongoing education.

Haircut pricing depends on the stylist's level, with three tiers based on expertise and time. Every haircut includes a consultation, shampoo and conditioner, the cut, and a blowout. Blow-dry and styling are not included with color services and are booked separately. Flat iron styling is part of the blow-dry service.

Bridal work can be done in the salon or on location. Bridal bookings are made by phone. On-location pricing depends on distance, the number of people being styled, and how detailed the work is. Curling iron styling and braids are priced by length, time and hair texture.

Keratin treatments are offered in two versions. The Express treatment should follow any haircut or color, allows washing after 8 to 10 hours, and lasts 4 to 6 weeks. The Complex version asks clients to avoid washing for 3 days and lasts about 3 months. Body wave and Great Lengths extensions are priced after a consultation, and the salon says it is a certified Great Lengths provider.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The contact page lists hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Color is built around the client, with a plan for reaching a look the client may not know how to achieve on their own.
