The Studio Salon and Spa

The Studio Salon & Spa operates from a suite on West Smith Valley Road in Greenwood, Indiana, and offers hair care alongside spa, head spa, medi spa, brow and lash, and waxing services. Clients book with a team of stylists, an esthetician, a massage therapist, and a lash technician, and the owners are Rhonda Bailey and Ashlee Adams.

The salon organizes its providers into a level system. Each level comes with its own range of service options and prices, and providers move up as demand for their time grows. The salon says training is consistent and in-depth, begins at hire, and continues through each provider's career.

Stylists can put together a custom plan for home hair care and skin care, so clients can continue care between visits. Products carried include Kerastase, Redken, SkinMedica, and Ambre Blends.

Booking is secured with a credit card on file. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full value of the scheduled services. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and clients more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and personal checks with a valid ID are accepted, and a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Young children are welcome with a reservation, and pets must stay home apart from service animals.
