Visits are by appointment only. The salon's posted hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to 6, Thursday 9 to 7, Friday 10 to 6, and Saturday 8:30 to 6. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the appointment cost. Corrective color and fantasy or fashion color begin with a consultation of about 30 minutes and a $50 deposit, which is deducted from the total at the visit. Keratin smoothing also requires a consultation and a $50 deposit, and that deposit is non-refundable.

Haircutting and styling cover regular maintenance cuts for men and women, a longer first visit for new clients, fringe refreshes, blow-dries and polished sets, and curling or flat ironing as an add-on. Color ranges from demi-permanent gloss and quick permanent single process to spot lightening with foils, partial and full highlights, and double process for going much lighter overall. Corrective color is offered for uneven or overprocessed color, and extensions and toppers are customized to each client.
