The team holds industry certifications in massage therapy, esthetics, nail care and Dermalogica training, and spa packages are performed by licensed professionals.

Visits take place in 13 private treatment rooms, each fully equipped for massage and facials. Serenity relaxation rooms are available for time before or after a service. Couples massages are given in suites designed for two and must be booked by phone. The nail lounge has massage chairs with heated basins and a large selection of OPI and Dazzle Dry colors. Guests are offered complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, personal lockers, robes and slippers, and there is a private member parking lot.

New clients pay a 100% deposit and keep a credit card on file when booking, then receive an intake form by email to complete before the visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full service price. Online booking lets clients choose the service, provider, date and time, and gift cards can be bought online for instant delivery or in person.

Beyond single visits, the spa offers private spa parties and custom group packages for birthdays, girls' getaways and bridal celebrations, along with bundled packages that combine a massage, facial and manicure or pedicure in one appointment.

Massage sessions are tailored to the client's areas of tension, and facials are customized after a consultation with a treatment plan set by the skin therapist, usually repeated weekly or monthly.

Private rooms, quiet relaxation spaces and a nail lounge with massage chairs make up the setting.
