Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes depending on the technique. The spa states that its massage therapists are licensed. Each session begins with an intake, and the therapist chooses technique and pressure from it; the client can adjust the pressure during the session. Maternity massage is set up with the client side-lying and bolstered, with pressure and treated areas adjusted for pregnancy, and the spa states that pregnancy massage is given by a therapist trained for it. Thai massage is done on a mat with the client fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing.

Facials are given by a licensed aesthetician in a private treatment room and range from a 30-minute express deep clean to 90-minute sessions. Options include customized European spa facials, vitamin C, anti-aging, anti-acne, illuminating, hydrating, Korean, enzymatic and facial peels, a digital detox facial and a 90-minute specialty facial that starts with a customized facial to balance the skin before specific treatments are added. Every facial begins with a skin analysis, and the steps and products are chosen for that day's skin. Extractions are included only when the aesthetician judges them needed and safe, and clients can ask to skip them. Facials do not require buying products, though aestheticians may recommend home products, which the spa sells. The spa suggests a facial about once a month for ongoing skin health.

The Japanese head spa is described as a new service at the spa, and the spa calls itself the dedicated Japanese head spa for the Laurel Highlands. The Japanese Head Spa includes a scalp cleanse, warm steam and a scalp and neck massage, and is offered in 75- and 90-minute options with an optional blow-dry bar add-on. A Scalp Detox + Head Spa is also offered, and clients are asked to call to book it. Pricing for the head spa is still being finalized, so clients are asked to call for current prices.

Body treatments include an aromatherapy treatment, a full body polish, a chocolate body meltaway and a wine wrap. Waxing covers the eyebrows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and back, with prices starting at $20. A Facial Membership gives one 60-minute facial of the member's choice each month, including specialty facials, along with 15% off waxing, treatments, add-ons and retail; spots are limited and reserved by calling the spa. Gift certificates come in set amounts from $50 to $250 or other amounts, are emailed to the recipient, apply to any treatment at booking and do not expire. Physical gift cards are available by calling. The spa also hosts bridal showers, private parties and group gatherings, with planning handled by message or phone.
