About

The Spa Life was previously known as Massage by Dawn. It sits in Boulder City's Historic District, across from Bicentennial Park. The business describes itself as a certified spa center with more than 20 years of experience.

The menu centers on massage: Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, sports-focused and cupping sessions, plus hot river rock and Himalayan salt stone massage, warm bamboo, lymph dry brush, paraffin and scrub treatments for hands and feet, and an enhanced relaxation massage using a herbal salve. Couples can book a massage with two tables and two therapists. Sauna sessions use FAR Infrared heat, with a 20-minute mini session available before or alongside a paid service and a 40-minute individual session. The FIT Bodywrap, a Steamy Wonder Spa session and custom facials round out the offerings. Spa days, spa parties, couples packages and gift certificates are also available.

New clients complete a general liability waiver along with massage, FAR Infrared and FIT intake forms. Bookings can be made by calling or texting, or through the online request form; online requests are confirmed once a therapist accepts them. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service fee, and within 24 hours the full fee. No-shows are charged the full fee plus a $10 surcharge, and fees must be settled before further appointments are booked. The business is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, closed on holidays, and accepts cash, check, and major credit and debit cards.

Treatments are tailored to each client, with custom massage and custom facial options alongside a broad menu from stone and salve work to deep tissue and sports-focused sessions.

Set in Boulder City's Historic District, across from Bicentennial Park.
