The spa describes its aim as personalized care and treatments delivered in a calm setting, and it presents its treatments as tailored to each guest. A lounge area lets guests settle in before and after a treatment, with refreshments offered there.

Add-ons can be combined with a service. Some add no time, such as a deep-pressure enhancement and a chocolate-and-sparkling-wine add-on; others extend the session, such as a foot treatment with reflexology or a leg treatment. Some treatments use Yon-Ka aromatic candle wax and oils.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes early; a late arrival receives a shorter treatment that still ends at the booked time. A 20% service charge is added automatically at check-out. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Guests should mention any medical conditions, pregnancy or allergies at booking. Services are open to guests aged 16 and older, and outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa.
