Guests can book a single service or combine several into a package for one visit, and the site lists packages such as a Day at the Creek, a Mother-to-Be Package, a Retreat for Two and a Signature Escape.

Spa facilities include a whirlpool tub, steam room, sauna, an outdoor pool and a lounge. Women and men have separate facilities on the second level, each with a relaxation room, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and showers. Guests 18 and older who book a spa service receive a full day of access to these facilities. A robe and slippers are provided on arrival, and guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early to use the amenities.

The fitness center is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and has treadmills, ellipticals, cardio bikes and spin bikes with built-in TV screens, plus a smith machine, cable pulley system, circuit training machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. Group classes such as yoga, Zumba, boot camp, circuit training and Body Pump run based on availability. Pickleball, tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts, and fishing equipment can be reserved first come, first served. Fitness center use is limited to guests 18 and older, with 17 and under needing a parent or guardian and those under 16 not permitted.

Massage options cover Swedish-style, therapeutic, reflexology, salt stone, CBD, assisted-stretch and four-hands sessions, plus couples massage and a session designed for expectant mothers in their second or third trimester. Any massage can be combined with aromatherapy oils of the guest's choosing. According to the spa, its massage therapists are licensed massage therapists, holding licenses from the Florida Board of Health and overseen by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. Guests can ask for a male or a female therapist, though the spa cannot promise that request will be met. On the facial side, the spa says the Shingle Creek Signature Facial is available only at this spa; other facials include glow, CBD boosting, anti-aging micro peel and clarifying treatments.

Appointments are strongly preferred, and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations or changes need at least 12 hours' notice for a single service or 48 hours for multiple treatments, and late cancellations are charged 50 percent. A 21 percent service charge is added to spa services but not to the treatment prices shown, while package prices already include it. Guests 16 and older may book treatments, and younger guests need a parent present. Gift cards can be bought at the spa desk for products and services but cannot be redeemed for cash. Treatments draw on named ingredients such as coconut, honey, citrus, CBD and Himalayan salt, and many services are grouped into packages for a full visit.
