Every visit begins with a full consultation covering hair history, habits and goals. Each smoothing service is then customized after the stylist considers hair texture, density, porosity, condition, color history, lifestyle, and how much curl and volume the client wants to keep. Repair plans are built after a stylist assesses hair type and damage. Smoothing treatments are heat-activated, and blow-drying after shampooing is recommended. They do not straighten hair, and a more relaxed curl pattern may take more than one treatment.

The menu includes more than ten treatment options in several groups: keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowout treatments, formaldehyde-free smoothing, BrazilianX ONE with Hair Botox benefits at moderate to maximum control, Super Blowout at minimal control for clients who want to keep natural volume, and reparative and deep conditioning services that can be booked alone or as add-ons. Starting prices are $175 for Express Keratin and Bond Repair, $300 for most keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, $325 for Super Blowout, $450 for BrazilianX ONE and $550 for Super Smooth. The salon notes that pricing may vary by hair length, density, texture, condition, product requirements and time needed.

Appointments run from about one hour for Express Keratin to about three hours for Super Smooth. Time beyond the booked appointment is charged at $60 per 30-minute increment. Super Smooth and other formaldehyde-free super treatments must be booked by phone, and Express Keratin is also booked by calling the salon. New clients can choose the New Client Treatment option online and are asked to send a photo of their natural, air-dried hair with a short note on texture and density within 24 hours of booking. Hair with extensions needs a consultation first, and smoothing is generally not recommended while extensions are installed. The salon is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Every smoothing service is customized after a full evaluation of the hair, and the stylists are trained through the salon's own system to assess hair before recommending a treatment.
