The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, with hours that differ by day, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients can send questions through the contact form on the website. Haircut appointments start at $90 and run an hour or longer, and the menu lets clients choose how much time and consultation a visit includes. Clients who would like a calmer appointment can choose background music, a quiet conversation, or a silent session with occasional check-ins about the hair, and anyone who cannot pick one of these can ask at the start of the visit.

Color work covers balayage and foil highlighting in three levels, from low-coverage soft highlights to high-coverage transformations that can produce bright blondes, rich brunettes, vibrant reds and single-tone fantasy shades. Single-process all-over color and root touch-ups are also offered. Conditioning, repair and finishing add-ons are available, and a full-day Transformational Hair Day bundles a haircut, a luxury repair treatment and a travel-size K18 hair mask. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and late cancellations, missed appointments and late arrivals carry fees described on the booking policies.

The studio builds each look around the client's existing style, aiming to make the result easy to maintain or bolder, depending on what the client wants.
