The business describes its hair as virgin hair made into custom units, and its product range is organized into Hand Made, Factory Made, Customs and Hair Care collections.

Clients can choose a finished wig from the collections or bring in their own bundles for a bring-your-own-bundles unit. Bundles are made into a wig with a sewing-machine-made base, an elastic band and three clips. An uncut lace piece is preferred but not required, and one can be bought to use with the bundles. Parting can be middle, left or right, and the unit can be left air dried or styled straight, with body curls or with beach waves.

Booking covers a range of services grouped by style, from natural hair and sew-ins to feather crochet styles, luxury wigs with installs, microlinks and braidless installs, and quick weaves. Clients measure their own head for the fit of a unit, and once measurements are entered and the unit is paid for, changes or alterations are not possible. Wig units are not refundable; exchanges are offered only when an item is misrepresented or incorrect.
