The facial menu is broad. The Savior Express Facial is a quick 25-minute visit, while the Pure Bliss Facial is a 45-minute customized treatment that the salon suggests as a starting point for anyone unsure what to choose. Clear Complexion treatments target breakouts and inflammation, and the longer Phase 2 version adds deep pore cleansing, dermabrasion and LED therapy for severe acne. Other options include a Vitamin C facial described as brightening, firming and protective against environmental damage, a hydrating facial, a microdermabrasion glow facial, a dermaplane facial, a men's facial, a back facial, and a derriere facial that the salon says clears skin and reduces outbreaks. Two people can book side by side, choosing two Signature or two Back Facials and mixing them as they like.
Waxing covers lip, chin, chest, underarms, arms, legs, back and intimate areas, from quick touch-ups to full Brazilian and combined underarm services. A new-client Brazilian option is listed separately from the standard versions. Underarm bleaching and an underarm detox, which may use masks or washes, are also available. A dermaplaning add-on can be combined with a facial.
Many services take a deposit at booking, with amounts that vary by service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $15 late fee, and arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment must be rebooked. One reschedule is free, after which a $25 fee applies. Cancelling for any reason forfeits any deposit or payment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Facials are offered in tiers, from a quick express treatment to customized and longer options, with a starter facial suggested for clients who are unsure where to begin.
