Before waxing or facials, clients are asked to disclose pregnancy, medications and topicals, including acne medications and antibiotics, and any allergies or sensitivities. For 24 to 48 hours after waxing, clients avoid saunas, hot tubs, massage, steam, tanning, heavy sweating, shaving and products the artist has not recommended.

Same-day appointments are accepted, and a valid credit card secures the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours count as late, and a late cancellation charge applies when a client arrives more than 20% of the appointment time late without notice. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full cost of the reserved service.
